Negotiating The Sales Contract

All of our time and effort upfront is for a cohesive online appearance that gets buyers excited.  We put in the effort upfront to get you offer(s) within the first week.  Offers, however, depend upon the market and the list price of the home.  When there are less buyers in the market, we can’t be pushing the comparables.  It is better to stay closer to market value during this time.

Once we get an offer, I use my psychology background to help you negotiate that offer.  The methods and techniques I use are unique to me.  I share them with my client in person.
