As a Behaviorist, I consider myself a profiler. The Oxford dictionary defines a profiler as, “a person who records and analyzes someone’s psychological and behavioral characteristics, so as to assess or predict their capabilities …”. I have a geeky habit of profiling people’s verbal and non-verbal behaviors, houses, MLS listings, MLS data, email conversations, contracts, etc. Basically, you have a Sherlock Homes absorbing and analyzing in-depth details of the home, the participants involved and the communication between the participants. This gives my clients multiple advantages in listing and/or buying their home.
